About
We're Remap.
An AI and data agency that actually builds things.
Our story
Remap started because we kept seeing the same pattern: businesses with good intentions, plenty of data, and no real system for turning any of it into something useful.
Departments buying software without thinking about how it connects to everything else. Marketing teams running campaigns they couldn't properly attribute. Leadership teams making big calls on gut feel because the data was too messy to trust.
We built Remap to fix that. And along the way, we built SynqApp — because enough clients had the same data problem that it deserved a proper product, not just a consulting engagement.
Today we work with businesses that take their data seriously and want to build something that lasts. We're a small team that cares a lot about the quality of what we ship. We ask a lot of questions before we start building. And we're honest when something isn't going to work the way a client hopes.
What we actually believe
A few things that shape how we work.
Data is only useful if people can use it.
The most sophisticated pipeline in the world doesn't matter if nobody on the business team can get anything out of it. We design for real people, not technical audiences.
Speed matters, but not more than quality.
We move fast. But we don't ship things we're not confident in. Cutting corners creates problems that cost more to fix than they saved.
Honesty is more useful than comfort.
We'll tell you when an idea isn't going to work. That's not us being difficult — it's us doing our job properly.
Building > advising.
We'd rather build something that works than write a deck about something that might work.
